- Whether delivered by hand or by an automated dispenser system, dynamic impression material mixing tips are designed to properly blend the contents of dental impression materials.
- The various components of the impression substance have internal pathways in these tips, allowing them to be combined in the appropriate ratios needed.
Following are the steps that require using a dynamic tip efficiently :
- Open the dispenser’s top and pull the holder to get the maximum capacity. Insert the impression material cartridge into the dispenser and lock it after attaching the mixing tips to it.
- Pull the trigger to make the impression material comes out of the cartridge smoothly.
- After each use, return the rack to its original location. Remove the cartridge and follow the steps outlined above.
- These combine the advantages of static and dynamic mixing to eliminate the bubbles that can form when impression materials are mixed quickly.
- Always Make sure you have plenty of tips on hand, and double-check that the tips you have are appropriate for the imprint material you’re using.
