Operation Sequence
(1) Use the #10 stainless steel K file to dredge the root canal until it reaches the working length. Repeatedly enter it , to establish a reproducible smooth path, measure the working length, and rinse it with a large amount of sodium hypochlorite;
(2) Use #15 stainless steel K file to dredge the root canal. After reaching the working length, again repeatedly enter it, to establish a reproducible smooth path, measure the working length second time, and irrigate with a lot of sodium hypochlorite;
(3) Use #15/.04 to apply lateral force to the root canal wall, and use a "brush" motion to enlarge the cross-sectional area of the root canal. While each preparation 1mm downwards, pull up the nickel-titanium file shortly, until outstroke 1/3 of the root apex for the root preparation. Following the original root canal anatomy shape, carefully prepare the apex, to avoid the deviation of the root canal, rinse with a large amount of sodium hypochlorite, dredge it with #15 stainless steel K file, crush the debris, and keep the root canal clean and lubricated with irrigating again.
(4) Use #20/.04 to apply lateral force to the root canal wall, and use a "brush" motion to enlarge the cross-sectional area of the root canal. While each preparation 1mm downwards, pull up the nickel-titanium file shortly, until outstroke 1/3 of the root apex for the root preparation. Following the original root canal anatomy shape, carefully prepare the apex, to avoid the deviation of the root canal, rinse with a large amount of sodium hypochlorite, dredge it with #15 stainless steel K file, crush the debris, and keep the root canal clean and lubricated with irrigating again.(For posterior teeth with thinner root canals, the preparation can be completed at this step.)

Note:
-In case of small curved root canals, the preparation should be finished with 25#04 or 25#06.
-A new type of root canal file for deciduous teeth, including a blade and a handle. The front end of the blade is in a spiral shape, and its cross section is triangular. There is a connection between the end of the blade and the handle. Blunt handle has no cutting function. This set of deciduous teeth file system adopts a new structure design, with the length of 16MM, including four TAPER .04 files and two TAPER .06 files, which can be well applied to the root canal treatment for the children's deciduous teeth, and at the same time, it is suitable for children's mouth shapes and adaptive to its root length. Moreover it can avoid accidental damage to the periapical tissue of the children's tooth during the operation, and can prevent the children from swallowing by mistake if the accidental removal of the root canal file encounters.
