Charater of PRF BOX
1. Prevent infection by not using gauze.
2. Growth Factor collected by PRF Box and used in bone grafting is helpful in the formation of new bone .
Direction for use :
1. Draw 5cc blood from patients.
2. Extract PRF Gel by centrifuging the blood sample .
3. put the yellow part of PRF Gel into the PRF Box and press by press .
4. Use PRF membrane which has been separated from the liquid.
Cautions :
1. A specialist, who is fully aware of the instruction for use , should perform operation.
2. perform a visual examination of the products to find out any deformation, flaw or damage before using it.
3. Since the product is non-sterile product , it should be subject to steam sterilization under pressure at a temperature of 134 degree for 15 minutes.
Cleaning:
1. Removing the product surface dust with running water.
2. Clean up in ultrasonic cleaner for 10 minutes, dry completely and sterilize for next use . (autoclave sterilier: 134°c-15 minutes)
Conteraindications :
1. Patients with insufficient quantity/ quantity of bone .
2. Patients with active infection .
3. Patients conditions including : blood supply limitation , latent infections.
4. Immunodeficiency, irradiated patients, severe diabetes , severe osteoporosis.
