Composition and Performance:

Zinc Polycarbolylate cement is available as powder and liguid

 

Powder: Zinc oxide, Magnesium oxide, Bismuth oxide, Aluminum trioxide, calcium hydroxide

Liquid: 30 to 40% aqueous solution of polyacrylic acid

Mainly used as the bottom and fill the cavity

How to use:

Mixing temperature: 23+-1℃, Humidity: 50+-5%

Powder-liquid ratio reconcile: 2.5 – 3.0g:1g (weight)

Incorporate half of the powder in the liquid in patting and folding motions using a small area of the pad surface. Add small increments of powder to the mix, using the same mixing motions until acquiring the proper consistency.

Mixing time is 30 to 60 seconds
